At little Apples our staff are dedicated and committed to the children entrusted in our care. We believe that good quality staff is at the core of an Early Years Centre. We ensure that all our staff has continual access to training and development, both in-house and with the recognised training institutes. All staff members must be fully trained in Childcare before being employed in Little Apples, they are also fully trained in Paediatric first aid with many of the staff having further qualifications such as manual handling, food and nutrition & Childrens First guidelines.
All Staff members have an induction on all of Little Apples policies and procedures prior to commencing employment. Daily records are kept in all rooms on all children aswell as monthly health and welfare forms and three monthly developmental records, these records are available for all parents to see on their own children. |
